Hello all,
I've had many requests to start making Kitchen knives over the years and have played around with some (including a few local restaurants I've begun working with). I've been working on a few styles in particular and feel are ready to be added to my line of knives. These will appear in high carbon and stainless steels and I build up my line... I hope you like them.
