KNIFE MAKER
Had another of those knifemaker days in the shop yesterday. Burned up my vacuum pump and and ordered a new one today, broke the blade on my metal cutting band saw and ordered two new ones today, skinned up my knuckles working on my milling machine, burned my finger, screwed up a piece of 154CM (thankfully a small piece), and my favorite, nine cans of Diet Mountain Dew exploded in my shop refrigerator. There are some other older cans of the same stuff that were in there and they're fine. My wife stuck them in there. How's that for a day? Isn't being a knifemaker fun at times? It's pouring right now so I didn't head to the shop today. Change one, it's hailing really bad right now. I don't even want to look at my wife's car or all the new shrubs we just had planted. The last two days have not been fun!!!
