Sycamore Hawk

This hawk has a 9 1/4" head forged from leaf spring and the 19 3/8" haft is from a 2x2" piece of sycamore.
There are lots of brass tacks with some deer rawhide and natural gut sinew wrap. The dangle is hemp cord with deer antler tip.
I have the hawk pictured with a knife I have shown in another post but now have a beautiful sheath made by KT. Kt also made the bag and I made the pipe, as a prop, from deer antler.
Hope you enjoy the view.

Randy,
Glad to know you have that file. One of these days you will have to go through it with me so that I don't make the same thing over and over. At this age I tend to forget. I was heading to the shop the other day and somehow ended up in the pool then remembered front of house front of house.
Thanks for the comment.

Wade

Brother, we will have to get in the right frame of mind to open that file!!!
That pipe in your second pic will help...

About the pool deal, I think senility will treat us well...Every day will be new....
