So today we got the Rock Start treatment When my friend ChefLarge came over to my shop.
Chef brought all the goodies to make Sushi and let me tell ya it was GOOD! Salmon, Tuna, Pork, Crab and all the veggies you would expect and more! Really!! What a rare treat for me. I am hardly a expert. But I can say these were the best I have had! Including a new roll Chef made for the first time with BBQ pulled pork and red onions and more! Talk about GOOD!
It was alot of fun I really enjoyed getting to know Chef. We talked knives and food, Chef brought a dozen or more knives with him and it was cool to talk to him about his cutters! He left me with a bunch of stuff including my very own mat.. to make more Sushi rolls tomorrow
