problem with small wheel

i changed the bearings on this one and i noticed the bearings are not parallel, after bit of checking (rolling on floor and on a ruler) i think the wheel itself is slighlty bent. any chance of straightening it? if so how?

ps: it does fit in the attachment but barely, and does rotate but at one point rotation is really hard which will probably overload my already jumpy motor!

Take the bearing's off and put them back on, I think you may not have one of them seated properly.

The rod is not hardened. You should be able to bend it back.
