The BM40 or BM40t are almost impossible to find (i have a blade of 40t build on 42 handle 
)
I did two trainer blade just for the fun.
I missed one... I drilled not to the perfect place the tang pin hole and i .... grinded too much on one side. It' seem to be a bolo trainer blade
The second one is better
