Gahagan Well-Known Member May 10, 2014 #1 Ok i am finishing up some knives for the blade show. Here is one I am working on and need some opinions. Should I cap the end and file it to the stage or should I leave it and justround off the edges polish up the end of the stag?

Don Robinson Well-Known Member May 10, 2014 #2 That beautiful knife deserves an end cap. A thin one, so as not to detract from the rest of it.
Ausbrooks KNIFE MAKER May 10, 2014 #4 Agree with Don that a thin cap is way to go. To me if stag has been cut it needs a cap and natural crown stag is good without.
