New Oyster Knife Design

Hey guys, I have been working on this design for awhile trying to come up with something unique as oyster knives are pretty standard fare. I am making them with or without bottle opener. This particular one is fitted with Redwood Burl.

My son as asked me to make a oyster knife, it is easy to buy one but where is the fun, challenge in that?

It seems simple and i will start one this Monday coming.

Any tips?
