So my friend and I did a new Demascus billet. 1080 and 15n20. We were planning on making a big Bowie with it. My buddy forged the shape in and while I was flat grinding it, right smack in the middle I found a huge inclusion. We decided to cut the billet in half. He gave me the front piece that was shaped. I cut it up to make a hidden tang, reground the profile then did a hollow grind on it. Think I may have saved the blank. Long way to go. But tell me what ya think.

Middle pic is the void still in the tang. Shouldn't hurt anything as I plan on cutting some off, after heat treat and final grind.
