Hallo,

just finished the last knife for the knife makers show in solingen, i still need to make all the sheaths and i only have one week :C

the blade is stainless over CPM D2 core san-mai made by a dear friend and a fellow knife maker named Rudi zirlin, it's my first time working with san-mai and i love it, it's not easy grinding stainless but it's sure worth it.

the handle is amboyna burl with a 925 silver bolster and silver pin.
overall length is 24cm

thanks for looking.

Sweet looking knife.
Yep! Stainless is a bear to grind, but so worth it! D2 is really a semi-stainless but is still tough to grind and finish. Has that orange peel look to it.

Looks like you will have a nice group of knives for your show.

The whole thing looks great but that blade is just plain beautiful. Excellent work.
