Kydex sheath

I am making a knife for a police officer and he wants a kydex sheath.
Cananyone tell me someone that makes kydex sheaths for others?
I very seldom need one or would learn how to do them or get my
saddlemaker to learn since he does my other sheaths.
Any help wourl be appreciated.
