Inlay information needed

I have been requested to make 7 folders (from kits they have in hand) for some folks within the local church. All I would be required to do is assemble the kits and add scales with the cross inlay. These are for the Preacher and the aldermen within the church.

One of the requests was for an inlay of a cross on the presentation side of each knife scale.

Cross conchos are easy to find, but finding them SMALL enough for a folder is another thing!

Anyone have a source for small conchos or inlays that have a cross on them?

I haven't taken the job since I can't guarantee the inlay...

PM Tracy, He is working on this very thing for me. I provided the cad and he is going to gang a order of the cross and cross temp-let with his when he sends his next batch to great Northern water jet. maybe he can add yours with mine. It may be a while to get it but it would make cutting the inlays a snap. He didn't say if he might add the cross as one of his standard items at USAKnifemaker if there was enough interest.

I sure don't believe having a template would make the fitting a "snap" !!! As a matter of fact in my opinion the real craftmanship required form that point on is what it's going to be all about. Otherwise, it will look like a very poor fit at best. Frank
