I've been here a while but never really thought of introductions too much.
Here goes.....
I can't remember when I didn't have a knife. As a real young kid I stole mom's butter knives or sharpened popsicle sticks on the sidewalk. My dad's friend Frank gave me a Case peanut when I was 8 and it was downhill after that. All along the way I collected anything sharp. I always tinkered but got serious around 1982 and was fortunate enough to spend time with a local maker. That led to getting mixed up with local blacksmiths that really opened another whole world of " I need this". I'm now 55 and produce in spurts as time allows. I've sold to mostly hunters over the years and like the fact that they actually use them instead of holding them hostage in a draw someplace.
Years ago a wise old hunter told me "it ain't a knife unless you use it". I never forgot that.
OK, wake up.
