sorry didn't get to finish that 1st post, but any way,i have made 3 knives so far and all 3 were for my kids for Christmas. i made my first belt grinder myself and enjoyed the work while making it. Although i'm not a very good welder it turned out alright. I just purchased a KMG belt grinder a few weeks ago and i'm loving everything about it. I've got a lot to learn about this hobby, but loving everything about it. Looking forward to learn more from the more experienced Knive makers, and hope to get better each time i make a Knife
