Im looking for someone who has a mill who can make up some guards for me. I have about 8 stick tang blades that I need guards for, and I'm having a hard time, using the drill holes in a line technique. Everytime I think Im close I end up with gaps or screw something up....Also seems like Im filing forever. :biggrin:

Anyways, I can provide the materials probably 416 and a little copper, and I would send the blades with the material too.

Would like to trade some materials for the work, maybe some stabilized burl or some steel.

I just got the guards back from Anthony. He did a great job milling these guards for me. Just need some final fittings and we are ready to go. Next tool for the shop has got to be a mill.

Anyways I went with copper for the first 4 and 416 stainless for the last 5. Should be a lot of fun finishing these off.
