Frugl?

My brother found this the other day, someone had lost it. Appears to be German, but we can't find hardly anything online about it. It has one blade in it that is really thin and flexible. He just wanted to know more about it. Any of you guys know?

It looks like a whittler's knife that I used to have as a kid. Mine was an Old Timer brand knife but the design was almost exactly like this one. I've never heard of Frugl, but it does sound German. Good luck on the search.
