First Folding Knife! Friction Folder

I just finished my first folding knife -- a friction folder. It was easier than I thought, and quite a bit of fun making. I think I like them.

Blade: 2.75" 1084 steel
Handle: African Blackwood (from Ankrom Exotics)
Liner/pins: Stainless Steel (from hardware store)
Stop Pin: Hardened O1

My pivot pin is a sex bolt from Fastenal, with a mating piece with an identical head from Menards.

Always great to get that first one finished !!!! The next ones can even make you feel better ! Keep on truckin'. Frank

Just remember what you thought wasn't right with the first one and take all you learned and get after the second one. It looks good.
