DP and Fighter - my 10 and 11

Ausbrooks

KNIFE MAKER
Just finished this DP hunter that I completed from a rough ground blank I got from my local retired knifemaker. It is 9 1/4" OA, 5 1/2" blade D2 RC61 .265 at ricasso, cocobolo handle and corby bolts with end etch (what was I thinking) but overall didn't turn out bad. I threw in picture of a fighter I did from scratch with 4 1/2" D2 with N2 cryo, moose shed handle with critter chew marks left in, red fiber spacers and 416 SS guard-pommel. Let me know what think all input appreciated.

The top one looks 'interestingly comfortable' and your work looks great! The fighter is a great shape and i really like that grind.

Thanks for the nice comments Brad. I like the fighter as well for a user as it balances back in hand and allows good control that way.

Thanks Liiontribe. I'll take crazy as a positve! LOL Knifemaker I got blank from is known for wilder designs but rounding handle corners and filework seemed to help the lines.
