Hey all,
Have not posted a knife in a while thought I would post this on that I have almost finished for a customer.
Alabama Random Damascus 0.125 inches
taken to 180 grit then medium scotchbrite belt, then fine scotchbrite belt then etched for about 45 mins in ferric Chloride/white vinegar with a Phosphoric acid kicker.
Single bevel grind. Grind line rises to meet the swedge.
7.75 inches overall length
3.75 inch blade
scales carbon fiber over black g10
carbon fiber pins
SS lanyard hole
Got to sharpen it, mark it and make a kydex belt sheath, then it is ready to go.
I think this may be may best etching job to date on damascus.
Thanks for looking.
Gregg
