Bob’s untimely demise has made his work difficult to find. Don’t confuse this knife, which is a handmade custom knife, with the common stuff that his name has been put on in the years since his death. Mass-producers have imitated his designs on their factory assembly lines. Some of these makers who used the Lum name after his death are Spyderco, Seki-Cut, Benchmade, and Schrade. A Lum knife with those names on it wasn’t made by Bob Lum.
