Basket weave

First tray at a basket weave pattern.
8-9 0z veg tanned leather. Hand stitched mwith a 2 forward 1 back stitch.Artificial sinew.
The knifes not finished.

Not bad at all, try doing the layout at an angle on the next one. You may find that the basketweave looks more natural that way.
