what format does the Avatar need to be in? i have tried a Photoshop Image and a TIFF image. i down sized the TIFF down to 50x50 pixels and it still does not like it. thanks for the help.

I did mine is jpeg. Of course, I have no clue how I did it, but I do remember it is in jpeg format.

use .jpg

.tiff files are insanely large
