Another new one...

Just finished up this one. It was my first time using canvas micarta, I’m hooked! AEB-L blade with brass pins.

My first impression Kev is the size of the pins and they kind of dominate the visual. The front pair dont appear to be in line with the front of the handle and the centre pair probably need to be square off the tang if you are gong to be doing them in pairs. Then I looked at the blade and the grind is very clean and crisp.
Hopefull you take this in the constructive way it is intended.

Nice little design Kev. Canvas micarta is one of my favorites and the green with the brass pins looks good.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, and much appreciated. I am always looking to improve my eye for detail, and that almost always comes in the form of someone else’s observation.

Thank you for the compliments on the blade and the handle, I feel like my hand skills have somewhat out paced my design skills. But I’ll keep working on it.
