So working out of town about two months ago my wife being at home with not much to do thought it would be good to do something nice. She went downstairs to get the law mower and cut the grass. Well.. She starts the mower and begins to work on the grass and seemingly did not notice the irrigation cover just a couple feet ahead and goes rite over it and totals the blade. The cover is made from thick hard as nails plastic, so upon impact it bent the blade to the ground. It was bad. Well as badly as she was feeling about the incident I just had to laugh. It's all good I said, and we turned it into a good joke.
Well having this blade I thought how nice it would be to do something with it.
I made my wife a utility / parting knife from the bent blade.
5"blade, with stabilized Mango scales. All screw construction ! It was fun to make, and she really likes it. That's what is important
