I've used this device in the shop for a long time, but never thought it was worth sharing until a fellow Bladesmith was in the shop yesterday, saw it, and inquired about what it was.....
It's vise I built as a holding device for 4-ways, or for situations where I wanted to assemble/hold things for MIG welding, prior to forging into a square.
It can also take you mind into new directions as far as how you stack steel for damascus.....

Most folks can reverse engineer it and build one, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
