A couple new ones.... sheath pics

KNIFE MAKER
Hi all... been super busy with work so things have slowed down a bit. But honestly the main reason it’s taking me longer to finish is that I’m paying a lot more attention to details. These are both cpm154cm. The boning/camp/kitchen knife and the skinner kinda go together like a set. The boner has been being used in the house so it’s showing a little wear and tear. I just finished up the skinner today. The handle material is dyed stabilized maple from genek. Please critique. The mirror polish sucks I know, but until I get a grinder, it’s the easiest way for me NOT to destroy my shoulders any worse lol. Thanks for looking!99E4854B-1F2F-44BB-AC73-D823BCA19512.jpeg7C1B37FB-E8E2-4E9A-83FE-588EB1E9224E.jpeg8BD9ADF2-73D0-4E4C-9952-E0300DAA1ABE.jpegFF8924C2-1BAB-4CA2-A389-1E16EB14007E.jpegE20BD8B1-B0B0-4F9C-A047-C99F3DAE6FAC.jpeg82D8CB74-DD8F-4FB8-B6D2-9AE4E84D69F7.jpegD560B919-3A0C-49FA-9C66-6E621B393FB5.jpeg

I like them Kevin. You got the mirror finish down!!

That thing is so shiny when the sun glares off it you will have your best shot to get the deer because they will be blinded by the light!! th4HCBFE7E.jpgAll kidding aside your work improves with each knife. That taking more time is showing!!!

Thanks folks! Makes me feel good to know the hard work is paying off and is evident in my knives. Every piece of wood I’ve ever gotten from genek has been amazing! Thanks again!

Thanks to you all! I wish I could figure out how to get the stitches to look right. I think I’m pulling them too tight?
