$60 SWAG Set-up

Here it is the $60 V.1 SWAG on my HF portaband. I used an old drill press vise mounted to my stand up work bench and bam...perfect set up.

Chris - do you have to remove that table to change blades on the Porta-band? That's how I mounted my plate first, then realized it was a hassle to remove plate (table top) to change blades each time so I made the cut from front allowing an easier blade change. Here's how I mounted my portaband. I took the wood you can see, using a U-bolt I clamped to the portaband handle, then an angle bolted to bottom of wood to allow clamping to table saw top. For most scale cutting on table saw there's room without removing portaband, but if needed, all that's required is removing the C-clamp holding angle iron to table top. If I were to make another I might make the top a bit larger, but that works pretty good.
