2nd PID/TC for oven

Unfortunately I feel that my pyrometer and or thermocouple are not reliable in my new oven. I would like to add a second temperature gauge. I have read many threads here and other places on the subject and am still a bit unsure about what I need to order. I have found the PID and Thermocouple that Mr. Caffrey recommends but I'm not sure what else I need to make the connection. I also could use any advise on how to run the TC in the kiln. Thanks

Go to http://www.auberins.com/ and look at what they offer. Then call and they will guide you if you still have questions.
I have this for a propane furnace-
SYL-2372P PID
TC-K-KLN TC
TC-K-KLNSH Shield for kiln
The PID and TC will work for an electric oven.
If you want to control the oven you will need two SSRs preferably these- MGR-1D4840.
Good luck.
