2 new and 1 old designs

I gat a few ready for shipping on monday with the JT. Ranger in buffalo horn one of the new designs with its optional 45* cross draw sheath

A pair of hunter skinners for another customer

This is another new design for the skinner with a raised thumb rest on the spine, called the thumb rest skinner on the website. It was the first that I used the swamp kauri for and I was really pleased to see the character come through as it was sanded through the grades of paper. The pics dont do it the justice that sunlight does.

Since showing that one on the AH forum I have had another couple of orders for knives with the swamp kauri and in fact the guy who ordered the JT Ranger knife with buffalo horn wanted a second one with the swamp kauri. He will decide when they get there which one is for him and which is for his son.
Then another guy wanted one of the bushcraft hunters with the swamp kauri as a gift for his PH when he goes on safari later in the year.
Will post a couple of pics during the week when the sheaths are done and they are all ready to be shipped off.
Have come up witha new design for the cross draw sheath for the JT Ranger knives one of each will go with the knives.

After some consideration I decided that a different approach may be better for the cross draw sheath for the JT.Rangers so after a coupe of different trial sheaths this was the result and in the meantime the original buffalo horn knife needed a companion so a second was was made with a swamp kauri handle. The first sheath will go with them for a working trial to see which one best suits the purpose.

This pair of a safari hunter and a bushcraft hunter are also away this week.






This little spalted beech handled bird knife is rather pretty but dosent have a home to go to yet. Will put it on my website for sale page

And this little AH EDC is also away this week.
