    Gator Piss

I just looked it up and apparently it has a base of hydrochloric acid and FeCH added. Apparently it works great I just didn't wanna spend $60+ on a gallon until I am sure it works good haha

    Laser Engraver

A lot of guys here are using diode lasers which can do both metal and synthetic material (like leather). I purchased a 50w fiber laser that's designed for metal and it's fantastic... Got mine from lasersonly.com

It's hard to compete with even just the phone editing software unless you REALLY know what you're doing. I snapped this on my phone and edited in Google photos

    2X72 water mister

That's interesting... I absolutely SOAK my gator trizacts (337 dc) which aren't rated for water and they hold up great - been doing it for years. The normal trizacts (non gator) don't though so maybe that's what you are referring to?

    Grinding position

Don't see why it wouldn't work... It's how I grind minus the tilted platen. She's probably tilting it due to height so she can still look down the platen and see what's going on

    The Laser Thread

The seller said they were "display anodized" rather than "full anodized" because they aren't thick enough... Whatever that means. I just ordered some of these, seem much higher quality and I'm getting them in gold and black. These are much thicker too, .8mm. They run about $1 ea though so more...

    2X72 water mister

No, not other than an ambient air dust extractor... No issues with that though

Edges are rough and scratches and dings on many of them. Just ordered some others today though, so we'll see!

Well got the cards in! They are plenty thick at .4mm but I'm disappointed with the quality... The edges are chewed up slightly and the faces of the cards have dings and scratches on them. Still, here's what it looks like:

    2X72 water mister

This set up likely won't... It's barely using any water to create a cold light mist to be sprayed on the blade directly. I use 2 x dual misters that are below my platen wheel (2 inside the belt, 2 outside) and soak the belt completely. It does cut down on dust but doesn't completely eliminate it.

The ones I got were off etsy and are .45mm thick (around .020 ") so we shall see
