    What to do?

    I made my first liners out of .08 Ti with that same 1x30… give it a shot! .07 might be a little thick for a pocket clip. I contour mine down quite a bit thinner than that. I'd say keychain, dog tag, pendant for a necklace, etc.

    I totally agree. Only reason I did it is cause the guy its going to is a good friend of mine, and he actually likes the hand scribed look. Future ones won't have that. and thanks!

    or, flatten the detent ball a bit. a few gentle even passes on 320 or so is what i have done. can also make your detent a bit snappier and smoother
