    Boy I 100% agree with Stezann. When you are ready to use this. Make certain sure it is stable and lashed in place.

    Agree with staying away from Acetone. I do a lot of assembly of stainless steel and titanium parts and cable with epoxy in my factory. And in our testing if we even used acetone as a cleaning agent after the epoxy cured we would get failures in the joint.

    Stacking Blanks on stock by hand

    I am in the "leave plenty of room" camp. I am sure that I waist more than desireable. But if I leave enough, then I can also kind of adjust the final shaping as i go through outline grinding and shaping. It just seems to help and I think those small final adjustments make the product better.
