    Shop humor

Bladegrinder, that looks like a law suit just waiting to happen. Like when he gets burned or drinks the cherry scented accelerant. I wonder if this is on the not recommended toy list.

    Shop humor

Here is a picture I captured of the one that visits my shop. He comes in uses my tools, doesn't put them back. It looks like he is a pretty good smith.

    Shop humor

Its those leprechauns that live in your shop. A leprechaun is a type of fairy of the Aos Sí in Irish folklore. They are usually depicted as little bearded men, wearing a coat and hat, who partake in mischief.

    Grinder motor question...

You can run the VFD on 115v power. The VFD takes the 115v single phase power and converts it to 230v 3 phase. There is no loss of power, it is running the motor on 230v power whether you input 115v or 230v In the KBAC VFDs you can change a jumper to run the motor at double the rated speed...

    Grinder motor question...

Well, it is a single phase motor so you can't run it with a VFD. Check out the information on www.WayneCoeArtistBlacksmith.com. There are several pages there with applicable information. You can contact me by e-mail waynecoe@highland.net if you have further questions. Wayne
