    To start with, I dont want to buy both. Im leaning towards the 14" I have only flat ground so far so. I realize 14 gets you a higher grind and more flat but I dont only grind large blades. Im also convinced Im overthinking this, any thoughts??

    Vacuum wont trap the tiny debris (most dangerous) to your lungs. I exhaust and replace air, filter air, wet grind kool mist with a water bucket under the platen or wheel. I have a 20x30inch filter box 5 filters deep, air changes 12 times per hour I still get dust still wear a mask (a must) I started wet grinding with a kool mist system for the big hogging, then dry for 220 and above I just use water and air.     AR, I built my own grinder w/VFD being able to slow a 7 down or crank it up when I need it, thats all This week Ill get time to see how my 4 inch wheel works should be fine.

    Trenton Thanks copy away, its what I did, took ideas from all around. Im no welder or fabricator but mine turned out fine. My next one will be all aluminum.
