Thanks, I love that look. I can honestly say I thought that was the easy route vs flat or dovetails. I’m not completely satisfied, but good enough for a shop knife.

2.5mm is only roughly .098 thick. Not anywhere thick enough to draw. Most smiths recommend .250 or thicker to start with. I suppose with a great deal of skill it could be done, But I suspect by the time your done it would be so thin it would be nearly worthless.
