    I took apart a production lock back for a pattern and the lock bar was square no angles. This is my first one almost finished. Question is, what purpose do the angles provide?

    I've been using these foam mats, I get them at garage sales for almost nothing. They make colored ones for kids play areas and some times you can score a stack for cheap. Super light and easy to move the welding BBs burn out before they burn through. Good to throw on the ground if you have to go...

    This is my biggest problem and have noticed that it takes more pressure to the blade for the belt to cut, and that my control with light pressure is not as good as with heavy pressure or visa virsa. To be consistent it helps to elminate variables or at least minimize them. I keep my belts way...
