    OK Gang....whats going on here?

I have a Whisper Moma 2 burner propane forge. The heat in the forge is uneven, not that you can,t work around that but I also have a home built barrel type forge that is much more even. The Majestic has needle valves to control each burner, wish mine had that feature also the Moma has no lining...

    Bowies

Hi Deane Those are good looking knives, and sheaths. Did you do the silver work on the small bowie? Looks like it was cast in the lost wax meathod . I've allways wanted to learn how to do that. I haven't done much for quite.some time I have a NS sheath that needs a "Will and Finck" style belt...

    Dirk WIP w/ 1-piece Bolster/Frame

Looking forward to the pics of knife and sheath and I always enjoy your WIP. I'm sure you are aware of a product by Permatex called Prusan Blue used for fit up, not that it is any better than lip stick but I'm sure it is more expensive.

    Svelt baby armadillo.

I like the way you placed the thumb stud close to the bolster and the depth of blade in handle, those littlt details set your work apart. The Baby A. is icing on the cake.

Thanks for showing those, did you add the center set of pulleys to the drill press? I like the gear reduction on the band saw. Nice roller guides also, I need to try that. Mark

I'm sure those will be gone soon. Like the way you framed your pictures and the lock release is nice and shallow.

    Best way to ship...

I sold a 230# anvil and bolted it to a pallet for shipment. Didn't cover it in any way it ar5rived in good shape. I've also received large parts strapped to pallets. Seems to be OK way to ship.

Paul, I learned a lot on this one . Been reading your WIP for a slippy so think I'll build my 2nd one. Bill, .088" G10 the edges are porous and absorb dirt and grime, maybe they could be sealed? Frank, Thanks your feedback it's much appreciated. Don, Somebody let the cat out'a the bag...
