Yeah if you just use the #4 counterbores you will have to thin the screw heads down Alistair

The screws for the stop pin are 2-56, the ones for the spacers are 4-40 and the pivot one is 8-??. You can use #2 counterbore and #4 counterbores for the handle ones but the pivot hole is 0.25" so it is too wide to use a #8 counterbore easily. Instead you can get counterbores with exchangable...
