i honstly started building it just after i saw Tracy's video, but it was a very simple build, i had the motor with the disc platn for years, it was taken of this table that had two sanding discs and motors, so i just had to mount it sideways and lock the platen in place as it was only held in...

...and it's done :D it's a very old motor, it has two speeds 1425rpm and 715rpm just need to get the feathering adhesive

hello, i'v seen allot of makers use a disc sander and i allways wanderd, why do you need it, what can you do with it that you can't do with a belt grinder? is it used mainly to sand flat surfaces? am i missing something? and, should i build one? :D thanks.

then i won't recomend you a neck knife :D it's around your neck all the time, but all the kidding aside it's just a small light knife allot of people do like to carry them on the neck but it can carried with the sheath in the pocket.

i'm working on my first neck knife, this is a the prototype for a batch of six i'll be making, it's 10mm/4" long, the blade is CPM D2 and handle is ghost G10 i would like to hear some input about the design from you guys. thanks, Lee Lerman

Hallo, just finished this pair of camp knives blade: CPM D2 3.7mm thick handles: rescue orange G10 and jade ghost G10 both are inlaid with blue moon glow on both sides of the handle. overall length: 24cm i still need to make kydex sheaths for them.
