    Blade rust ?

    I would use eezox.......I used to use wax but trying to pick all the wax out of the grooves and crannies after its hardened is a PITA... Eezox dries, not like most oils etc. Go look at the saltwater tests on their website. I've used it for awhile now and it works well.... Larry

    Thanks for the comments guys.... I didnt make the cases, I just replaced the fabric and foam on the insides. The frame around the top that holds the glass should actually be thicker to get the foam to work right, but all 3 of the cases were $20 total (used), so that works for me.

    I would like to make a case like this. No machine, so ALL hand stitching. Is that nuts or is it possible for it to turn out nice, even tho I'm hand stitching it? No tooling, just plain jane...(Pics are not all of the same case, just for construction purposes)....Larry
