    My Newest Liner Lock

It's been a while since I've posted any new knives here on the forum. Here's one I finished up last week. I call the design the Pride, like a pride of lions, but I'm also pretty proud of it too. Mike Norris Damascus blade, zirconium bolsters and clip, and buckeye burl scales. All of the...

    Damascus Folder- take two...

I love the dark color scheme of the knife. I have a similar schemed knife on my bench with a Damascus blade, zirconium bolsters, and carbon fiber scales. I think the dark color has a nice, sophisticated look about it. I really like your maker's mark. Is it engraved in, or maybe stamped?

    Makers mark etching power source

I made mine several years ago from Chris Crawford's plans as well. I was able to find the parts locally and it was fairly easy to assemble. It works great and I have zero complaints. I also use it as a power source for my carbidizer that I use to add a thin layer of carbide to the face of my...

    Working With Mammoth Tooth

I've made a couple of knives with mammoth tooth. It's not so bad to work with really. Respirator is a must. I found that new ceramic abrasives work best, but other abrasives will get the job done, just more slowly. Use water to keep it cool. Drilling is really tricky as those different...

    5. 7 Earthquake in Salt Lake City and surrounding area

I heard you folks got shaken up this morning. I'm down in Cedar City, so I guess I'm far enough away that we didn't feel it. I'm glad that it didn't cause more damage than it did. Stay safe up there.

    A Couple New Folder

It's been a while since I've posted anything here on the forum, so I thought that I would share what I've been up to lately. Since my photography-fu is not strong, I opted to post a couple of short videos of two knives that I finished up just after the start of the new year. The first...
