    Forge opinions

Wayne has alot of great info on his page about how to and sells the supplies to build the forge also. An old freon bottle can be gotten for little cash. An angle grinder and a cut off wheel can open it up and make a perfect set of doors. Research a little and you will find alot of info on...

Buuut I dropped the scale and lost 2 pins on the bench, floor or my chair. Stand up to look for them and find two then quickly used one to measure a 3rd an cut it. It was a...

    4" Hunter template thoughts

The overall look aside from a smidgeon too short is great man. I have discovered if my hand feels a bit cramped in the handle its gonna still be small with a handle on it. If I feel its too narrow beteen palm and fingers, but long enough there is no cramped feeling it will be about a glove like...

My first knife...go easy on me

Ok, seriously the other 3 you made were flawed so bad you wouldnt use them? Were the flaws cosmetic or fit/ mechanical? Cosmetic can be fixed with hand sanding mechanical or fit, not so much. The two lil blems next to the notch can be cleaned up with and sanding if you wanted. On the closed...

Its where the edge of the belt " dips " into the blade. It happens when you have one edge of the belt off square when making a pass while grinding.

Depending on how your planning on using the shed the whole thing can be used as a handle for full tangs, hidden tangs and even go as far as to use the long skinny ones to hold a fire steel and pair it with the knife handle that it was cut from. However you use it DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE THE ANTLER...

I dunno about the waterglass question but using chicago screws would make the scales removable. Am unsure as to why one would want to remove scales unless as a display item.

Simple question on the difference in .070 vs .065 AEB-L

Hahahahaaaa oh yeah he does. He has over torqued a vise and broke a planer blade blank, bolts and screws around the house as well. New drill press is making the gorilla be a trained monkey and be more gentle with things. Lol
