    Chris, if you have already put a coat of truoil on the handle, don't put catalyzed truoil on top, it may or may not work, could cause blisters.

    That is from tractor supply. I would mix 25 to 30 drops at a time. I will put one coat on and let set then put another coat on. Not to heavy so you dont get runs and sags. Here we go again with an abstract idea... i then put it in my preheated. PID controlled toaster oven with the temperature...

    That is very cool! I enjoy watching FIF! It fuels my passion to try new stuff! I Loved the Celtic ring knife episode and the show were they made raindrop Damascus. Soooo, recently I made the knife with raindrop Damascus! It is one of my favorite creations!

    Daniel, I built the "H" press using Baston's plans. It is not any problem with the ram on the bottom. I have wheels on the bottom so I can roll it around. I have a video on my Instagram account Benjys custom, it is the first video.

    Anybody know what these are?

    They are "e" clips. they are used to hold down subway car tracks. They are a spring steel, I have a few and have made a couple knives with them. I treated them like 5160. If you search "Subway track E clip" you can get info on them.

    I am using CA glue, i reccomend that you get some CA debonder to unglue yourself for those accidental gluing your fingers to stuff! I also use spray on activator to instantly harden it.
