I have those same magnifiers and really like them. There’s a fair amount of adjustability built in too, which is nice. There’s another brand similar to that one that allows you to double stack the magnifiers as well, but they’re about twice the price if I recall.

My homemade etcher is dual voltage 12/24 volts at about 1 amp IIRC. I rarely need more than 12 volts.
