Yes, the same thing has happened to me as well.
My new shop has a stack for exaust as well as a powered exaust in the corner 400cubic feet/min, and I have 5 fresh air vents at floor level.

I think there is an airport in newburgh, and I know there is one in albany. Newburgh is a bit closer and if I'm right thats the one we used to fly into.
The ashokan campus is only 5 or 6 miles from woodstock, for reference.

I know for sure we lost 2 Denton Eller and Ernie Swanson, so I still am hopeful that we will finish up strong. I have a bit of work to go on mine, but should be finished soon.

It is true that nickel does not have the edge retention qualities of steel, however when used responsibly it can be of benefit to the pattern without a big loss to the overall performance of the blade. In fact, on fibrous materials can be a benefit. I use a maximum of 1.5% nickel in my damascus...
