Thanks for the tutorial -- A slipjoint was one of my "new year's resolutions" for this year and I don't have much time left!

I used a Grizzly for awhile as my primary grinder and with a 10-inch wheel I did alright. :) A lot of people bag on 'em these days, but hell; I still use mine to put in the 45-degree grinds on blades before grinding and have a scotchbrite wheel (a must-have!) running on the "buffer" side.

3M Imperial wet/dry. I've tried about them all, and that is what works best for me. I get them in bulk from an auto paint supply. I use Rem-Oil to keep things lubed. :D

It was good -- sold everything, but spent a lot to be at the show. No clown tattoos. Still working on my full Les George tribute tat on the back. :haha:

This is a piece I took to Vegas with me. Forged-textured bolsters, MOP scales and a polished G-10 backbar with MOP inserts. :D

Thank you very much. I was hoping to make a belt sheath for it today, but it has to be packed up for the Vegas show.

Just finished this little "New York Special" Swoop with a W-2 blade and damascus/stag handle. I couldn't bring myself to put a clip on it though. :)
