I have an incredibly designed and made Knife Grinding Jig. No screws to move and reinstall on other side. Simply loosen larg3 knurled Thumb knob, flip blade to other side and retighten knob. Small knives you can use center slot. Large knives use the 2 outer slots. Besides the convenience of the single clamp. The jig also helps support blade out towards the tip. ELIMINATING ANY CHANCE OF THE BLADE FLEXING UNDER THE PRESSURE OF GRINDING.
