I've got one of those respirators floating around some drawer in my shop, Bob. If you want it for parts, I'd be happy to send it to you. A little water rinse to knock the dust off and a short soak in dilute bleach and you'd have like-new spare parts. Besides, what I have isn't infectious. LOL...

I toss my stencils in a very light sonicator-soap solution in a cheapo sonic jewelry cleaner. Clean with the little brush that came with it (looks like a tiny toothbrush for jewelry) or rinse under water with light thumb/finger pressure. Keeps them clean and the mark sharp.

@Gliden07 You have a CNC laser, don't you? Some folks use laser to cut vinyl stencils to effectively mark blades. That's about all I know about it, but it can be done.
