zero edge HT of oil quench blades

I did follow the link Tai but I'm still not sure. This is about those special brownies you can get in British Columbia right? They have oil too, but I'm not sure it would be suitable for fast quench.

So, on Boss' note to bring it home..... ;-) Obviously best to avaiod the zero edge on anything oil quench, BUT.... I've dedicated a blade rack to short pins, so if the blade does lean over it only touches the meaty side of the blade instead of the delicate edge. Thanks for all the input and all the fun that followed dogs.
