A co worker has a son heading to Texas this weekend and then on to Afganistan in January. I just found out yesterday and didn't want him to head out without a good blade. My friend will be leaving after work tomorrow to go see him for the last time before he goes overseas. Didn't have time to put on handle, so a cord wrap it is. This one has a few guys hands involved. It is part of a production run of blades I did. My design, water jet by Dave Curtis, ground by Eddie White, heat treat by Paul Bos, tumbled by some company in Cincinnati I can't remember, Spec Ops sheath, Dog Tag Knife from Alex Shunnarah and a Smith sharpener all make for a nice package. It's just under 1/4" S30V and is wicked sharp, Eddie knows how to grind them right! When he gets back it will get a proper handle. Thanks to everyone who has, does and will defend our freedom!
